Dear Mr Robinson,
Further to your recent upgrade on our coldrooms using the 'Tefcote' system, I would like to inform you that our cleanroom facility is now in production and the coldrooms have been commissioned.
We were impressed with the professional service provided by both the salespeople and the operatives who carried out the upgrade - all the work was carried out at the agreed time and within the time specified. Without this upgrade, the only alternative was a replacement coldroom, which was not economically viable.
