I would like to take this opportunity to thank both yourselves and Renaissance Decorating Contractors for carrying out and delivering and excellent quality job at Whitebridge Primary School and also at Parklands County Primary School.

The product that was recommended (Tefcote) to us by yourselves has exceeded our expectations whilst also being at a very competitive price compared with the costs of re-tiling a main school kitchen.

It is my opinion and also the opinion of my other colleagues that this is the most effective way of completely hygienically sealing a wall in order to allow for both easy cleaning and also to provide a sterile environment for the preparation of food.

I must also add that the end result was very smooth and aesthetically pleasing to look at and creates a very bright and pleasant working environment to be in.

Finally I should like to thank you for finishing these jobs on schedule despite a very tight time scale and there being other contractors working in the same areas.

We shall be using this type of coating more oftern in the future and hope that you will be able to continue to supply our needs in the same professional manner..

Further to your recent upgrade on our coldrooms using the ‘Tefcote’ system, I would like to inform you that our cleanroom facility is now in production and the coldrooms have been commissioned.

We were impressed with the professional service provided by both the salespeople and the operatives who carried out the upgrade – all the work was carried out at the agreed time and within the time specified. Without this upgrade, the only alternative was a replacement coldroom, which was not economically viable.

Nick and his team worked endlessley to ensure that an excellent result was produced. The team of workers you sent settled in well with my staff and, I believe really enjoyed themselves and mixed in well.

The end result means that my staff can now work in a clean acceptable environment that they can be proud of. Tefcote has completely changed the appearance of this badly maintained kitchen and has given it a new lease of life.

All work service engineers who have viewed the final product have been extremely impressed. I believe you may receive more enquiries from Gibraltar as the word spreads and I receive more visitors.

Thank you for your enquiry regarding the performance of the Tefcote hygienic coatings applied in October 2000 to Theatre 7, and Kitchen Servery in February 2001.

On completion both projects were accepted by the users as both aesthetically pleasing, and finished to a high quality. In particular, in the operating theatre area, it has proved to be a cost effective solution in the refurbishment of these areas, primarily due to the cost and the absence of fumes from the applied material. In the period since then, in both areas, the coating has proved robust and easy to maintain.

We are happy with the results following the use of this system, and have specified it for use in the remaining operating theatres and treatment areas within the Hospital.
